Location, Location, Location. We are located in the Midwest, between Milwaukee and Chicago. Corporate headquarters is one mile from the Interstate and our warehouses are accessible by rail. Approximately 70% of the U.S. population is within 1-3 day delivery via package carrier. But the biggest advantage to living in southeastern Wisconsin is working with great people.

Arrow Associates. Arrow Associates are conscientious, hardworking, well-trained employees who stay with the company for many years. In fact, when it's crunch time, everyone pitches in to help. You will never hear anyone say "That's not my job." Every Arrow Associate has the same job and they take it seriously - make the customer happy.

Information Systems. Again, it's people who make the difference. Anyone can buy JD Edwards One World, Gentran NT, and a sophisticated RF auto ID system. Making it work takes a group effort. Associates are thoroughly trained in the tools they need to be successful.

Arrow is a leader in eBusiness. We sit on international committees that determine EDI, bar code and XML standards. We not only understand the standards, we help shape them. We speak several times a year on eBusiness trends and give EC 101 Workshops for user groups and colleges. We are also a founding member of the Wisconsin eBusiness Forum.

Synergies from our three divisions. Arrow has manufactured ready-to-assemble specialty furniture since 1943. We understand the challenges suppliers are facing today. And, for the past twelve years, through our EDI Service Bureau, we have helped over 3500 suppliers by understanding the electronic business rules for, virtually, every major retailer.
